「Q」stands for Queen and Quality. Queen is form the royal where required high standard food, even sweet. Queen Patisserie is willing to serve the high quality sweet to all the customers. Hope people can find their happiness form us. From all the century, patisserie is the thing thas is sweet. Sweet is the magical taste, which give us pleasurable.

甜品是一樣神奇的東西。甜是生活中不可缺少的事情,所謂「苦中一點甜」生活中有很多的不如意,甜可以令人快樂。
皇后一向著重品質及要求。每一個客人對於我們尤如皇室一樣,所以要為他們程現最高質的甜品。初心是希望每一個人食自己的甜品時能從中感受到幸福快樂。我喜歡製做甜品的過程,每一次都是帶著祝福的心情去創造每一款甜品,希望每個人在品嚐的過程中能夠感受到當中的幸福感。
由入生完成第一件蛋糕開始,我便開始希望把開心帶給每一個人。失意,失落,失敗是生活中必然遇到的事情。甜是一種神奇的味道,可以帶給人開心及幸福。

From a childhood passion for desserts to graduating from Le Cordon Bleu - one of the world's most renowned culinary and hospitality schools - Our pastry Chef Cherrisa has honed their craft through years of study and international experience. Now back home in Hong Kong, they blend eastern and western influences to create desserts tailored to Asian palates. Free from constraints and full of creativity, our mission is to craft unique sweets that know no boundaries.
開始
我們的主廚Cherrisa,從小便為甜品著迷,機緣下入讀了法國藍帶,一間世界聞名的廚藝及款待業管理學校之一。經過數年的學習及外國工作機會,決定把一切帶回自己的家鄉—香港。用學習過的經歷製作成適合亞洲人的口味,把中及西文化融合,希望我們是不受任何限制及充滿創意去創造不同的甜品。
