Russian Honey Cake - Medovik 

Medovik is a layered in golden hues, wafts of honeyed fragrance entice, while a moist and luscious texture melts into a delicate sweetness that slowly unfolds on the palate. According to tradition, this cake was created to impress Russian Empress Елизаве́та I Петро́вна. Through continuous refinements by our Pastry Chef Cherrisa,  we've crafted to satisfy Asian appetite. With our own workshop, every product is handmade by our team.

Medovik is a time consuming and intricate creation. Combining traditional Russian flavours with the essence of tea, this delicacy features a handcrafted, golden -crisp honey crust paired with our signature tea-infused honey filling. Each bite delivers an elegant harmony of fragrant tea and sweet honey, evoking pure bliss and indulgence.

一層層金黃的外表，陣陣蜂蜜的香味，濕潤軟滑的口感，淡淡蜜糖的清甜在口中慢慢釋出。 根據傳統這款蛋糕是為了取悅俄羅斯女皇Елизаве́та I Петро́вна而誕生。經過本店主廚Cherrisa 不斷改良，現已做成更加適合亞洲人的口味 。 本店自設工場 ，所有產品都是自家人手製作。

蜜糖蛋糕製作需時，工序繁複，主廚一絲不苟，將俄羅斯傳統風味與茶韻結合，手工製作的黃金酥脆 蜂蜜餅皮，配以自家特製的茶味蜜糖餡，每一口都充滿優雅的 茶香與甜美的蜂蜜，滿是幸福及奢華的滋味。 千層蜜糖蛋糕，口感獨特，天然蜂蜜味道在舌上醞釀令人回味 ，一試難忘，每一款茶味與蜂蜜的配搭，各有特色。
